What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message, together with the page and language you wrote from.
- Anything you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Standard server information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and the pages you opened.
- If you reach us through a Google ad, the click ID Google adds to the link, so we can see which ad an enquiry came from.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a quote, to do the work you hire us for, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed below.
Who else sees it
We keep this list as short as we can:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, USA), which hosts this website, serves its photos and videos, and stores form enquiries in our customer records.
- Zoho Mail, which handles our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
- Google Fonts, from which the pages load one typeface. Your browser contacts Google to fetch it, which shows Google your IP address.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google), on our advertising landing page only, to measure which ads lead to enquiries. They set cookies only if you agree in the banner.
Some of these store data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where that happens the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised under Swiss data protection law.
Cookies and tracking
The main pages of this site set only the cookies they need to work.
Our advertising landing page (/webseite-erstellen) uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking with Google Consent Mode. Until you agree in the banner, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless signals without an identifier. If you agree, Google may set cookies to measure your visit and whether you contacted us by form or WhatsApp. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie-Einstellungen" at the bottom of that page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and contact records stay with us for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
